Are There Any Mattresses You Do Not Remove?
If you have a mattress that is in poor condition — infested with bed bugs, for example — we ask that you please let us know before we arrive. That way, our team can take any needed precautions to protect our trucks and our team.
Mattresses in hazardous condition will be charged an additional fee to cover hazardous suits and other precautionary equipment

Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we're unable to donate wooden bed frames.
